Michael P. Cyvas, P.E., President mcyvas@t-keng.com
Mike is a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio, Arizona, Michigan, Indiana,
Kentucky, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He has extensive experience in
construction management, operation and design of traffic signal control systems,
highway design, roadway improvements, as well as storm, sanitary, and water
improvement projects for both private and public entities.

Dave is a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio, Tennessee and Mississippi.
Dave specializes in water resource engineering, but has been instrumental in
commercial, industrial and residential site design and management as well as
surveying support.
Scott A. Landgraf, P.E., P.S., Treasurer slandgraf@t-keng.com
Scott is both a registered Professional Engineer and Surveyor in the State of Ohio.
Scott manages all office and field survey work as well as providing engineering
design support in all aspects of site development.

Will is a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio, Virginia, New York and Kentucky.
He has accumulated over 25 years of experience in design and management of
many civil engineering projects including: land reclamation, ground stabilization,
sanitary sewerage, water distribution, storm drainage and highway design.

Shane is a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio. He has over 16 years of
experience in construction management and design. He has extensive experience
in commercial and residential land development and specializes in stormwater
management and stormwater pollution prevention design.
